Anthro (not everything can be easy for me), cartoon animals, simple robots, simple cyborgs, simple in design vehicles, simple in design weapons, complex and detailed armor (still high chance for it that i decline to work).

What I won’t draw:

Humans, hate art, complex robots, complex and detailed vehicles, detailed weapons, NSFW (suggestive art, fetishes, gross/heavy violence, guro etc), suicidal theme, proship, realistic art of real people, Marvel/DC characters (both official and fan characters. sorry, have nothing against them, just not interested in this titles and there’s mostly humans).

I’m ok with:

slight gore (blood, scars, bruises etc), mild or fantasy violence.

I'm also in the GMT+7 time zone. This is important because the time difference affects both response times and the time I actually work. I might be working while everyone is asleep, and then go to bed when everyone is just relaxing in the evening and has more time to respond. My unstable "sleep and wake" patterns also impact my working hours.

1) By commissioning me and sending the payment for a commission, you agree to all terms in the full TOS document below.2) Refusal to read the TOS does not excuse any consequences for breaking them.3) Breaking TOS may lead to blocking and adding to “blacklist”, depending on the case.4) Using any of my works for NFT or AI (i don’t care for what exactly: machine learning or you/someone decided to “upgrade” my artwork) - strictly prohibited. Independently of who it will be: random human or the customer himself - you have no rights for it.5) By paying for commission you are not buying rights for my artwork, but my time and effort I'll put into creating it. Copyright is inalienable. It can't be contested or purchased.6) The customer has the right to use/print commission (made for him) for personal use only. That includes using it as a profile picture, banner etc. and reuploading it with clear credit to any of my social media. There are situations I might ask you to not share and post publicly because of local laws connected to certain groups of people.7) As an artist I maintain all rights to my artworks. This includes publishing my artwork online, using it in my portfolio (including printing an artbook as a kind of portfolio) or to promote myself. All rights for characters belong to their owners in any case.8) I won’t do printing merch (if there will be any) with characters of customers.9) I reserve the right to print any merch (if there will be any) featuring the commissioned artworks, if there will be my characters on them or with characters belonging to major companies (the so-called "official" characters of a franchise). All rights to the latter belong to the respective companies.
Maybe this will never happen, but still…10) I don’t discuss doing works for commercial use or NDA at the moment.11) I reserve the right to publish WIPs and finished works publicly on my socials.12) I do not provide or post any artwork without my signature. And you have no rights to place other watermarks on my artworks. Exclusion for closed species/species projects (if it must be indicated to whom belongs species of the character). Just tell me what I must add.13) The customer can’t change commissioned art without discussion with me. If you need it - just tell. But changes can’t be extreme (the one which will redo all work from the base).14) The customer (and anyone else) is prohibited from taking the WIPs sent to him (or posted on my socials) and turning it into finished artwork. If this is observed, the work will be cancelled completely, and the commission may or may not be refunded (depending on the situation).15) The customer is also prohibited from taking WIPs sent to him and bringing them to another artist for turning it into finished artwork. The same for using A_I for it.16) I reserve the right to cancel any commission if the client has acted inappropriately towards me.17) I reserve the right to deny your commission request prior to payment being sent for any reason, without explanation.18) If you are not sure whether I will take your commission - just ask. But there’s some themes which I won`t do at any cost. This part was written above, but there still can be another one, which I won’t do for my own reasons.19) Please only message me if it’s in relation to your commission or anything important. “Hello” or “hi” DM's will be ignored, I'd like details upfront. Let me know what you want - and I'll answer you at the first opportunity.20) I prefer to communicate through Discord, but I’m open to other platforms where I have an account. Minding the situation in my country - there still can be a chance that Discord may be banned completely (and not only it), so, please, give me other contacts where we will communicate if something will occur. So I will know where I can reach you (or you me).21) If you want to commission me and there are no available slots at the moment (or you have no money right now) - I can add you to the waitlist. No payment needed, but the work also won’t begin. When there will be an available slot - I’ll write to you and, if you still want to commission me, we will discuss details..22) I do not work with other people's characters without the consent of their owner(s), or if they are unaware of it. If the character does not belong to you, I may ask you for confirmation from the owner that they agree to have their character drawn.23) I also won't accept orders if the character is stolen or a re-design of someone else's character (this doesn't apply to AUs, where official characters may have different designs from the original. This only applies to official characters). If I have any suspicions, I may ask for proof that the character belongs to you, or I'll try to find it myself.24) However, a situation may still arise where I can't determine that the character doesn't belong to the customer. If theft is discovered, the customer who stole the character will be banned and blacklisted. In this case, no refunds will be issued. If it turns out that the customer isn't the thief, but rather received a stolen character without knowing it, the situation will be resolved differently, following a discussion.25) If you have any complaints, questions, or anything else about your commission, please write to me right away, don't wait. It's best if we discuss everything right away and resolve it as soon as possible. I can't guess what's bothering you and write to you first. I'm also not very good at reading hints, so if you want me to understand you, please write directly (but be polite, please).

1) Full payment upfront before work begins. I don’t accept PayPal or Ko-Fi as is, but Lava.Top accepts payments with PayPal and debit card. It’s legal platform and other artist in the same situation as me use it for selling products and accepting paymants.2) The price list is a starting point for you to to understand what you can order from me and the approximate cost. However, the exact price will be determined after a personal discussion.3) The final price may vary depending on complexity of your idea, character’s number, complexity etc.4) I don’t have payment plans/split payments option for now, due to platform limitations, but I may figure it out in future. If i’ll do - this paragraph changes.5) After we've agreed on the commission details you will be sent a link for “product” with option to choose (i will tell which one) to complete the payment. LavaTop doesn't have a direct “invoice” option, like PayPal, so we use what we have.- You can use credit/debit cards with activated 3-D Secure or PayPal. Using virtual cards on your PC usually brings less issues with the platform.- Don't rush! The payment process may take some time. The site can be also slow. Wait for process ending or payment may accidentally double. If there's and error, buffering or else - check your bank/PayPal account and transaction information and contact me before trying to pay again- Tell me when payment went through on your end - so I will know. It’s needed for the case if something happens to write to the support service. After payment confirmation in my end - the work can begin.6) Lavatop accepts donations/tipping via the user page. But please, don’t use this option for payments for commissions (especially don't write anything that the platform will understand as “payment for service”). It may cause a ban for my page. Use it only for donations (if you’ll decide to support me, which i will very appreciate) and pay directly through the link which I’ll give you after discussing commission details.
Also, donations are not refundable. It's the platform's decision.7) Please note that the prices for each item in the given link (on Lava.Top, which i will send after discussion) include an 8% fee from the platform itself.

1) The more information, the better. The more detailed you describe what you want to achieve in your work, the better. Images of what you want, as well as character references, should also be included. The mood the work should convey, the character(s)' emotions - include whatever you deem necessary.
However, keep in mind that I won't make some things exactly the same, unless it's the character themselves or items from their reference. An exception might be if you want to reference existing media or an official character (for example, you want your character in Dante’s clothes from DMC). Otherwise, I won't redraw items from other characters or references that are “designs for sale”.2) I also don't work with AI references. No. Just no. Feedback from AI (no matter what) are also not tolerated.3) While there is “the more information - the better”, limit your description to what might be needed for your commission. Proofreading tons of text detailing a character's biography from birth to death and then referring back to it later isn't very convenient. It actually makes it easier to miss important information.4) During the work on your commission, I send you WIPs (in low resolution and with a watermark) so you can evaluate it and, if necessary, make any revisions (or confirm that everything is fine, nothing needs to be changed, and I can continue working). Revisions are possible and necessary, but not all of them can be made at all stages. It's easier and better to rework the composition, pose, etc. at the sketch stage. At the lineart stage, edits are made to the lineart or to any areas I forgot to draw earlier from what was discussed. At the base color stage, you can still correct the lineart and add any forgotten areas. At the rendering stage, edits are made either to the colors/effects, or any forgotten areas are added. After the lineart stage, no edits that significantly change the work are made. If you want to completely redo the work, please commission me a new one.5) Too many revisions will result in additional fees.6) If the customer received WIP and didn't respond after 2 weeks - the commission will be set on pause and temporarily removed from active artworks rotation (not from the paid list, only from rotation). The work will be resumed as soon as possible after response.7) If you can’t answer at the moment, write revision etc - please, don’t be silent and let me know. The work depends on it during the important stages (sketch, as example) and the progress will stop.8) If the customer didn't respond after 1 month - the commission will be set on pause and temporarily removed from active artworks rotation and I have the right to take or begin the next one in the list.9) I may have multiple artworks at the same time (the named “active work rotation”), ‘cause it’s comfortable for me. So don’t be surprised if you’ll see WIPs of other’s commissions on my socials.10) Order numbers show the priority, but it doesn’t matter that I will work only on your commission. Also the easier commissions may be finished earlier than complex ones. They take more time. I can’t do full render in the same amount of time as lineart.11) Finished artwork the customer gets as PNG with my watermark. I don’t provide any PSD files.

1) I will try my best to finish your artwork as soon as possible, but the timeframe may vary depending on my condition and the complexity of the commissioned work.2) Work may not begin on the very same day payment is made, even if there are no other active projects at the moment - and certainly not if work is already underway on something else. However, you will be notified as soon as work on your commission begins.3) If you have questions or if I haven’t sent you anything for a while please feel free to reach out about the matter. Please, remain polite. Usually, if something serious comes up or if I have other urgent tasks requiring my attention, I post an update in the group or on other platforms, but you are always welcome to check in. Please keep in mind that I may be working on multiple commissions. Also, we are all human; we all have good days and bad days, and we all get tired (after all, even people with standard office jobs get days off, right?). So, please don’t rush me. Don’t message me every day asking when your work will be finished, and please don’t expect detailed work to be completed in just a couple of days.4) I don’t work generally with exact deadlines and I don't take on commissions that need to be finished by a specific date or working in a rush. Not even for extra pay. So, if you want to get something as a gift, you’ll either need to order well in advance or turn to other artists.
